Comment : I bought 2 Casio watches as gifts from Tic Tac Area. You could not beat the price, and as usual with Casio, the quality was superb. At the port in South Africa, the package was stolen. I was amazed at how true to their word the team was throughout their work to assist me. There was no evasion or justification from their end. After some time, I got a replacement set of watches and had to pay for the shipping alone. Working with a company that puts its customers first, rather than profits, was a breath of fresh air. 10 stars for customer satisfaction.
