Comment : May I be the first to review this gorgeous....stunning......life Italian piece of art by Lladro that has such significant meaning in my lifelike My sweet precious Italian Greyhound, Bella Gucci passed away a little over a year ago and I miss her more than life each and everyday. She was a constant companion to me for over 16 1/2 years, so to say I was blessed is an understatement. When I saw the magnificent piece by Lladro on their website I knew I just had to have her. One Problem...they had discontinued the piece recently and I thought I was out of luck:(( I did a google search here in California, USA and absolutley nothing! Then.... this site in Spain came up called TicTacArea.com I believe close to the factory. I started corresponding with Juan right away and he confirmed with me, he not only had a few pieces of "Attentive Greyhound", but could secure one for me if I wanted him to. Not only did he secure a piece for me, but he understood how much Bella meant to me (my real life precious poochie) and was willing to work with me on sending payments @ my own pace. Yes, I was very skeptical @ first ordering a Lladro all the way from Spain to my country and hometown here in CA and not even being familiar with this E-Commerce site online and how the piece would arrive in tact. But......I took a chance because Juan was so wonderful in getting back right away even with the time difference and keeping me up to speed on everything as far as the transaction goes and reassuring me that they will stand behind their products 100% if that product should become damaged or not up to our expectations. Not only was I able to watch all the tracking from start to finish both on their site under my account, but also through the carrier's site which your given a tracking number right away. I watched it clear customes and then hit the US without a hitch.......never changed tracking numbers BTW kept the same one from start to finish through USPS. It took around two in a half weeks, but that is normal especially coming from overseas. I couldn't be more pleased and happy from the beginning of my transaction with TicTacArea and Juan until the end when USPS rang my doorbell and their it was! I was so nervous upon opening it up, but I was blown away on the packaging and that beautiful big blue box from Lladro Spain . Once I got through the outer box to the Lladro box I couldn't wait for the unveil. I had my best friend on the other line cause she knew it would be emotional for me and it was. This stunning Italian Greyhound art piece exceeded all my expectations and I just cried. She will always sit right here next to me and be a constant reminder how lucky I was to have such a true companion and wonderful spirit in my life all those magical years. I have all the confidence in the world that ordering from this company even if it's across a great big pond and in another country, you won't be disappointed. I will for sure order another piece from TicTacArea and Juan without hesitation. You know that saying's in life.....If you only had one thing to take with you as you leave this earthly life, what would it be? Well, this would be it..... a reminder of my best friend here on earth and very luck I was to have known Bella Gucci. Her spirit live on. Thank You & Bravo Juan from the bottom of my heart... I couldn't be more pleased and overwhelmed all @ the same time:))))
